Interdisciplinary artist and architect.


Zulfiia explores national and urban narratives, develops a personal understanding of the cultural past and the difficult heritage of the people of her native land, the Tatars. She creates installations and public art; uses digital and analog photography, video art, and other media. Also works in collaboration with children, teenagers, and city residents.


Zulfiia was born in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, in 1997. Currently, she is based in Kazan.
